BitPanic Vision Studio is a single browser-based machine-vision workbench that brings the individual BitPanic demos together into one tool for semi-professional engineering use. Everything runs locally in the browser - no upload, no server processing.
Load a single image or a focus stack, then work inside a shared ROI with an adjustable LUT window and live histogram across every tab.
Calibration: focus / sharpness (Tenengrad with parabolic Z* on a z-stack), tilt and planarity via a per-tile best-focus plane fit, flat-field uniformity, dot-grid spacing and distortion, and Gage R&R style measurement repeatability - all collected into a printable report.
Vision: a reorderable filter and detector pipeline (grayscale, contrast, CLAHE, threshold, Gaussian blur, Sobel, Canny, blob detection and edge points) that runs on the ROI, with save/load of pipelines as JSON and export of the annotated result.
Calculators: working distance, field of view / magnification / mm-per-pixel, depth of field, and exposure-vs-motion-blur, following the vision-doctor.com optics and camera formulas.
A 3D viewer tab for point clouds and height maps is planned.
