3x3 matrix + offset White balance only

Both fit the camera's 16 chart patches to the ideal chart. The matrix also corrects channel cross-talk, not just gain.

Shrinks the sampled area inside each chart cell to avoid edges.

Switch cameras: the corrected part stays consistent even though each raw camera has a different cast.
